General conditions of sale

The purpose of this document is to inform you about the general conditions of online sale of the Black Air Parapente site to which you are connected. (Contractual Conditions).

You must carefully read the provisions that follow., because they constitute an electronic contract establishing the general conditions of sale of the Black Air Paragliding electronic store.

1/ RATES AND PRICES :

The prices mentioned are in Euros (€), it's not the tax, and can be changed at any time.

2/ ORDER :
The order is constituted by payment and can be modified during the 24 hours following its validation by contacting us by email (blackairparapente @gmail.com or by telephone at 06.92.24.30.75).

3/ Reservation and cancellation conditions for Leisure services :

• Conditions for tandem paragliding flights :
  Black Air Parapente reserves the right to cancel services until the last moment for safety reasons upon decision of the supervisor. Activities canceled by us will be postponed depending on the client's availability..
• Gift vouchers:
  Gift vouchers are valid 1 year from the day of purchase. This date may be extended only in the event of postponement by Black Air Parapente for security reasons and within a maximum period of 3 month after the validity date.

4/ Cancellation conditions due to the customer :

In accordance with article L111-1 of the Consumer Code, we inform you :

• that you have, in accordance with article L221-5 of the consumer code, a right of withdrawal 14 days on the services ordered on this site (flights purchased personally or as a gift voucher). To make use of this right, simply notify us by email (blackairparapente @gmail.com) (timestamp of the authentic mail), your wish to withdraw as well as the names of the beneficiaries and the number of the flight(s)(s) concerned(s). These numbers will have been communicated to you in the order confirmation email.. You can also return the withdrawal form to us by post, which can be downloaded here.
• that the characteristics of the flight purchased personally or as a gift voucher are mentioned next to each product on the catalog page (see titles “description”, “height difference” et “flight time”).
• that the price of each flight purchased personally or as a gift voucher is mentioned next to each product on the catalog page. Option prices (photos/videos) are mentioned when you click on offer or book this flight.
• the date of execution of the ordered service is one year from the date of purchase.
• that in the event of a dispute over a service ordered on this site, you have the right to resort to a consumer mediator under the conditions provided for in Title 1 of Book VI.
